2025

Construction of a new headquarters complete with offices, in-house shop, truck parking yard and warehouse.

2017

Acquired Type 14 Warehouse License from CA Alcoholic Beverage Control

2016

Acquired FDA and CA Department of Public Health Certification for our warehouse

2015

Fleet of brand new CARB compliant trucks were purchased.

2012

The entire company was purchased by Steven A. Reese and he also became President and CEO.

2006

With rapid expansion, the company grew to 65 employees and branched out into 3PL, cross-docking, long term storage and short term storage with the newly acquired warehouse.

2002

The company purchased a 167,000 square foot warehouse 1.5 miles from the headquarters in the Tolenas Industrial Park in Fairfield, California.

The company's fleet grew in size to 25 trucks.

1991

Jim Cassil incorporated the company and acquired authority to operate in all fifty states as an interstate motor carrier.

The company relocated within Fairfield once again to a larger 10 acre yard complete with a 30,000 square foot warehouse, office, and shop.

1985

The headquarters were relocated to Fairfield, California. The fleet of trucks grew in size to 6 trucks.

1975

Cassil Freight, Inc. was founded in Vacaville, California by Jim C. Cassil. Jim started with one truck hauling tires.
